The Quai d'Orsay Acuerdo takes the Petit Belicosos vitola, reserved for Russia as part of Habanos S.A.'s Regional Edition series.
Handmade with a standard band alongside a Regional Edition band for Russia, it comes packaged in a numbered semi boite nature box of 10 cigars, capped at 6,000 boxes. Habanos S.A. announced it as a 2020 release, though it didn't reach the market until early 2022.
